Where?

 Ukarumpa
This will be our home. The weather will be similar to today.  Cool in the mornings 50s and warmer in the afternoon high 70s with lots of rain.  It is  a small town located in the eastern highlands of Papua New Guinea.  Ukarumpa is the main center for most of Papua New Guinea's Bible translation work.  It has a population of 800-1000 people, who are primarily missionaries working as translators or support personnel.  There is a clinic I can work at and a high school Elijah can attend.  The center also has a small store, post office and  market.  The market is open 3-4 morning a week with fresh fruit and veggies.  They have strawberries all year.  We will probably rent a home to begin with and are looking forward to not owning a car.  Walking is the main form of transportation in the center. Also we are 14 hour ahead of CST.
